A bathroom has turned into a place for relaxation and luxury, rather than just an essential room.  It is hard to imagine that people used outhouses at one time. Could you imagine a toilet with out light fixtures bathroom!

Tile is possibly the most popular thing used when remodeling and can be used on sides, ceilings and floors.  There a many sizes and types of tiles for example granite, mosaic and even glass.  The shade of tiles can range from black and white, neutrals, to bright blue.  Fixing larger tiles the walls with strips of small ornamental tiles all over is always pretty.  There a different color grouts that can add to the beauty of the tiles.  One option is to have a granite floor to accent the tile and this will add more pizzazz to your bath.  For a completely first class bathroom, LED lamps can be embedded into tiles to light up a path or just for the style of them around the tub and shower.   

For extreme luxury heat the bathroom floor and never have to walk onto a cold floor ever.  Also, towel warmers are a great comfort item.

Selecting bathroom track lighting is a necessary decision, as it can really influence your design. You must find the bathroom lighting sconces that are most impressive to you and fit your personality.

Steam shower systems are great for those who want a comfortable shower that will benefit your health.  There are also multi-jet systems that are preferred.  A separate bathtub can be either a claw foot, whirlpool, Soft (cushioned) Bathtub, for specific needs a walk-in tub.  For the top notch, try a Chromatherapy tub which will cause your bathroom appear like and feel like a dream.  A TV can be installed to be viewed from the tub if you just can’t skip that show.

For vanity selections you can go for having one sink, two sinks, sinks that are placed on top, sinks that are partially on top, and sinks that sit above the vanity unit that look as if they are floating.  Another option is to have two separate one sink vanities sitting side by side.

For a large bath, a window seating is a superb item.  This can be emphasized with pillows, books, etc. and can be very valuable and a relaxed place to sit.  It also adds to the beauty and class of the bathroom.
